5. Bookings, Payments & Pricing

Payment is required in full at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Class packs are non-refundable. However, if you change your mind within 14 days of purchase and have not used any classes within the pack, we will issue a full refund.

• Memberships may be cancelled at any time by notifying us. Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active for the remainder of the current billing month, with no further payments taken thereafter.

• All purchases are also subject to the terms presented at checkout via the Mindbody app.

7. User Accounts

If the Site allows you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site to: violate any applicable law; transmit harmful or malicious code; attempt unauthorised access to our systems; scrape, copy, or resell our content or Services without permission; or harass, abuse, or harm another person.
